Our free hammer system has been used on construction sites for years. The system you see today achieves maximum productivity while minimizing the wear and tear on the machine.
The pile driver, as well as the down the hole hammer, are held in position by the vertical column. While at work, they are free floating. A small yet significant to the lifespan of the machine, it transmits less vibrations to the overall structure of the machine.

Technical Features
These are just some of the technical solutions we utilize in our machines:
Less welded-metal corners
Wherever possible, we use bent sheet metal opposed to standard welding. Our parts have more strength and flexibility because of it, without the additional weight.
IP 65 rated electrical
The electrical systems and control panels are IP 65 rated and all electrical system wires are protected with sheathes from humidity, wear and tear.
Hydraulics Protection
Hydraulic hoses are installed in a protected position to avoid safety risks to operator, yet are easily accessible for maintenance.
Debris Protection
The box containing the hammer protects the operator from possible metal debris produced by the impact plate.
Limits Vibration
Our power hammers are encapsulated in a box insulated with polyurethane to limit noise and vibrations.
Versatile Size
Works within a standard highway lane way.
Free-moving Rotor/Down the hole hammer
The hammer is not directly attached to the structure to limit vibration and prolonged lifespan.
Transportable
Folded into transport position and loaded on a truck.
Accessory Options
We offer a wide range of accessories to make work easier.
Fixed or Sliding Mast
Drives posts up to 6 meters in length, but flexible to the dimensions of the post required.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Our pile driver machines can be modified for special jobs such as driving large wooden posts for animal fencing or paddocks. Small-in-size, most terrain is easily accessible to our crawlers without leaving damage to property behind it or causing noise disturbances.
